每款蛋糕的製作時間不同，請預留充足時間訂購。
Please place your order minimum 2 days before pick up date. Daily cut off time for cake ordering is 4:30pm. Orders made afterwards would be considered as orders made on the following day.
蛋糕需於最少2天前預訂。蛋糕訂購的截單時間為每日下午4:30。如訂購時間為下午4:30後，則視作翌日的訂單處理。
Cancellation, change or refund is not allowed once an order is confirmed.
訂單一經接納，客人恕不可取消及不設退款。
Please pick up your cake on the designated date. The order will not be refunded or replaced if customer fail to do so.
客人須於指定日期內提取蛋糕，否則將作自動放棄論而所繳付之金額將不獲退還。
Each cake is freshly prepared, therefore we ask for your cooperation in supporting the bottom of the cake with care after pickup. Please understand that we are not responsible for damages after pickup.
每一個蛋糕均是新鮮製作，我們希望蛋糕以最佳狀態送到每位客人手上。因此，我們請領取蛋糕的客人小心承托蛋糕盒。蛋糕於領取後如有任何損毀，宏Hiroshi恕不負責。

In case of disputes, Hiroshi reserves the right of all final decisions.

In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of this terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
